Terms for using Seyva Today.

Last updated 10 September 2026.

The service

Seyva Today is a free informational planning tool. It combines third-party forecast and environmental information and applies general activity settings.

No safety guarantee

Results are not professional advice and do not guarantee safe, suitable or lawful conditions. You remain responsible for checking official and local information, assessing actual conditions, choosing suitable equipment and deciding whether to enter the water.

Availability and accuracy

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that data will always be complete, current or accurate. Third-party sources may change, be delayed or become unavailable. Weather and tide information is probabilistic and must not be used for navigation or as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.

Third-party data

Weather, tide, water-quality and place information remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective provider. Seyva’s presentation does not imply that a provider endorses Seyva or guarantees the combined outlook.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the website or its data services. Automated extraction or resale of Seyva output is not permitted without written agreement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Seyva is not liable for losses arising from reliance on forecasts, environmental feeds, activity matches or service interruption.

Changes

The service and these terms may change as Seyva develops. The date above will be updated when material changes are published.
